Sakina has been amassing experience in matters pertaining to and arising out of civil & commercial disputes, consumer matters and labour issues, over time.
Predominantly having experience on the original side, Sakina has made significant contributions in determining applicable laws and precedents to cases ranging from commercial to criminal litigation. She has a developing penchant for Intellectual Property Rights related matters and is regularly assisting the Firm in mandates with respect to the same.
From time-to-time, Sakina has also volunteered with District Legal Aid for Awareness campaigns. Sakina is a quick learner and has exceptional research abilities which makes her a good fit for the team.
